About the event
There will be a blanket and an eye pillow available for all attendees but please bring anything that will make you more comfortable like a yoga mat, blanket and pillow.
During moments of silence or song I will go around giving group Reiki for the attendees that are interested in it. No pressure! I will subtly ask everyone before the session starts.
