This space is for you. 🤍 Come exactly as you are and bring whatever will help you feel most comfortable and supported. We recommend bringing a yoga mat, blankets, a pillow and anything else that helps you feel cozy! I'll have a few extra blankets available on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be time for journaling before and after the sound bath to deeply connect with yourself and explore more throughout the journey. See you there✨
