Signs You Might Need a Reiki Session 🤍


1. Anxiety: you are anxious throughout the day and your mind is racing.

2. Feeling off: you feel bleh and you’re not sure what would make it better. Almost feels like winter blues and your body is craving some sunshine!

3. Physical pain: tension, headaches, or body aches that don’t seem to go away. Your body could be holding onto stress or stuck energy.

4. Bad digestion: you’re not having daily bowel movements, your gut feels off, bloated, or sensitive.

5. Wanting clarity: you’re at a crossroads or feeling confused and just want to feel more aligned and clear on your next step.

6. Tired and drained: even after resting, you still feel exhausted.

7. Season of change: you’re going through a transition (big or small) and need support staying grounded and centered through it.

8. Blocked intuition: you don’t trust your inner voice like you used to, or you feel disconnected from your sense of knowing.

9. Restless sleep: you’re tossing and turning, waking up throughout the night, or not feeling truly rested in the morning.
